South Village Planned Area Development (PAD)

On January 26 Willow Springs resubmitted its PAD proposal to Pinal County for the South Village of Willow Springs.

An initial proposal to re-zone the entire 18,000 acres was presented in August, 2000, and was rejected by Pinal County Commissioners.  Some of the commissioners characterized the initial proposal as speculative. As a result, Anam Inc. has scaled back the re-zoning request to cover only the South Village of Willow Springs.  The South Village is 4,600 acres.
